Certain Galvion products and components are export controlled under the U.S. International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you, the prospective buyer agrees to verification of:

• To not transfer or re-sell a product controlled under these export regulations.
• To provide any other supporting documentation to verify the particulars of the sale.

The order verification you receive after processing of your order is not a final sale and is conditioned upon verification of buyer credentials and of the sole discretionary judgement of the seller regarding export compliance concerns. You, the prospective buyer, will be contacted by a representative of Galvion via e-mail for compliance purposes with respect to these regulations.

Galvion reserves the right not to ship to certain countries, certain individuals, and for certain purposes in compliance with these export regulations.
